And nobody has any issues with Ivankov being both male and female. Or Bon Clay or any other okama. This is just an issue with Oda treating the manga's audience as his 14 y/o self. Kinda like how Toriyama had no filter for Bulma or Goku's nakedness. Oda unfortunately labeled Yamato as female in the Vivre card, and also in the manga introduction as "Kaido's Daughter".
