The new heroes will be from... Blazing Blade!

Sain - Cav Lance. Appears to have a Spd/Def Catch skill, Flow Refresh, Rally+, and a Prf weapon.

Kent - Cav Sword. Atk/Spd Bond 3, Spd/Def Snag(?) skill, and Allied Sword+ (+4 Atk/Def to allies within 2 spaces in combat, unit also gets +4 Atk/Def if an ally is within 2 spaces of them). And Repo.

Guy - Sword Infantry. Vulture Blade+(Nothing to compare it to), Life and Death 3, Threaten Spd/Def 2, Glimmer. Aka demote

Limstella - Green Mage Infantry. Prf weapon(Thank you), Def/Res Form 3, Sabatoge Atk 3, Glacies

Ascended Florina- Flying Colorless Bow. Prf weapon, Atk/Spd Push 4, I think that's Spd/Def Far Trace, Joint Drive Spd, and Moonbow.

Letizia.. already? - Green Mage Cav. Prf weapon, Atk/Res Catch 4, Atk/Res Far Trace, Rouse Atk/Spd(?)4, and Draconic Aura.

You can get two copies of Guy from quests(He'll be in the game as a 3-4* unit later most likely)
Limstella is the GHB unit.

Aether Raids new season.

Loki wants to ruin another mode, so now AR gets a Chaos season. Legend/Mythic effects are disabled during Chaos season. In the video, all heroes in Book 1 count as bonus allies. The next Chaos season will have heroes in Book 2 as the bonus, and so on. Lift value in Chaos mode is separate from regular modes it seems.

They don't mention what gives you a boost to score in Chaos season, but you can bet IS will monetize the fuck out of that. Also new terrain for AR... and Aether Resort?!
