Of an unarmed officer chasing armed robbers, jumping backyard fences Hollywood style and getting shot (twice I think?) and still getting the bad guy. He was a real hero and deserved that badge. That's the standard I expect police to live up to. Otherwise, we really do need a military regiment in every school. Since they are trained to run towards the gun fire and sacrifice themselves to save civilians if necessary. --- He who stumbles around in darkness with a stick is blind.
