Since Tomodachi Game is apparently not great but I still wanted to try another airing anime, I instead caught up on 'In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki'. It's not the best thing ever or anything, but I enjoyed it. There are so many different characters and all of them are defined by one gimmick cranked up to maximum (the hungry girl, the shy girl, the gay girl...). But, you know, that isn't so bad! Sometimes it's nice to have basic characters like that who just get involved in fun comedy bits. The ninja training antics give a lot of opportunities for fun comedy bits, too. This show is solid.

I finally caught up on Birdie Wing too, I was two episodes behind. I can't believe I ranked this as my least favorite earlier in the season, this shit is great.
