Topic	Do you usually get more or less than the recommended 8 hrs of sleep a night?
BlAcK TuRtLe 05/27/22 12:45:38 AM #25:	Between work, wife, social committments and my 2 kids, basically the only time of day I have to myself to unwind is after midnight, meaning its after 2am usually before I'm ready for bed, and then kids wake us up between 7:30 and 8, so I probably average around 5 hours a night. --- Props to azuarc, the current Guru of the Decade.
