I have no idea why they counted time against Johnny's team at the end of Tuesday when Amber's team went on this rant about all of Amber's false reports when the jury had already left. Like everything they do at this point, it's so cringe. They need to charge Amber with obstruction of justice in addition to perjury. I hope she sees significant jail time in addition to being blacklisted from Hollywood.

Thankfully, Wednesday isn't too long - only like 6 hours worth of proceedings. PHEW. I also see today was super short. I'm looking forward to the judge saying "Finish answering that question, then go take your seat. You're out of time." (aka "Fuck you, Ms. Turd.") I am not quite there yet (this post is being made after finishing with Dr. Curry; I will post again later)

Kate Moss still looks great. AND she's credible, unlike Amber. (Also, as a James Bond fan, the GoldenEye reference was great - the resort is a historic landmark where Ian Fleming wrote all the books, and they always wanted to name a movie after it once they ran low on Fleming works to use.)

Dr. Curry sounds so credible. She was able to explain all of her tests and Dr. Hughes's tests and why her own tests were more credible. I have no idea why this trial needs to go on so long. It's very open-and-shut. Johnny is a victim who so happens to be difficult; Amber is an absolute monster. I gotta wonder what's going down on that paper she keeps writing on. If it's absolutely psychopathic thoughts, that would be enough to indict her. If it's just furious drawing, that isn't. No idea what it could be since it's obviously a coping mechanism to prevent her from blowing a gasket.

Elaine asking questions is so bad. Like... Johnny treated her to dinner in exchange for her services as part of her payment. This adds WHAT? She's Johnny's "expert." She's clearly in his court already. The dinner changes nothing. Each side presents an expert witness for a reason - so they have someone who they pay to explain the things they need to corroborate their case. Each side gives its own lens. Each side looks for different things. This is why they each have an expert.

Amber having PTSD is viable but it's probably self-inflicted due to her BPD and whatever else she probably has. I didn't pay undivided attention to Dr. Curry because it's deep stuff, but she again did a great job explaining things in layman's terms. Elaine, however, is an embarrassment.

This distortion is just wild. "Everyone else is lying!!!! I am a perfect angel!" is just ridiculous. Own your faults. Be relatable. Don't present your ugly self as perfect. And tbh.... I don't find her pretty, at least not now because of the looks on her face.
