Catching up on yesterday...
Not much to say that wasn't already said. Amber's lawyers are still acting as if it's a fact that she was defamed and keep referencing the "Depp-Waldman statements" or "the defamatory statements" which is so cringe. Rottenborn Jr. was clearly panicking a LOT with Bania and complete nonsense was coming out of his mouth; he is embarrassing himself by wasting this much time on cross-exam. Elaine did the same crap with Mr. Night. Like... all this is so obviously lying to the jury to try to influence them, and it should be objected to. Their questioning is just illogical at this point and for some reason they think it's working. But it's not. It's incredibly frustrating to follow along since Amber Heard is responsible for her own demise. Johnny Depp and Adam Waldman had nothing to do with it. There IS no counter-claim case and it honestly should've just been dropped when Ben Chew asked the judge to. There is zero doubt left.

Johnny's rebuttal has completely shredded everything that Amber's side presented. Hopefully the jury isn't so stupid that they needed that obliteration. I mean, none of them got out of jury duty for an agonizingly long case like this where the defense team thoroughly embarrasses themselves. I'm still not over the "LOOK AT HIM SLEEPING! WHAT A MONSTER!" pictures.

I won't even finish Tuesday's proceedings until the morning (I got through Dr. Shaw) because tonight was the Survivor finale so I guess I'm in for a marathon tomorrow. I tried to speed up playback but that's not gonna work.

P.S. I wonder if Elaine is ever going to be sought out for representation again after this. She has damned her own client and embarrassed herself.
