| Punnyz 05/23/22 2:38:12 AM #9: | the stuff I got was called Metamucil its pretty hardcore, it helps cholesterol, blood pressure, appetite, AND fiber. but this berry flavor tasted like shit. There IS a different orange flavor but IDK, this sounds like alot to start with anyways. Plus it was kind of high in carbs, like 5g for a one scoop glass or 10 g for 2 scoop glass. and you are suppose to do like 3 glasses per day.
