Topic	Worst Video Game Story Cliche?

If it's used sparingly to make a point it's okay, but way more often your party can kill anything in gameplay but are completely helpless against even the most minor villains in cutscenes. Xenosaga was terrible about this, for instance. Silent protagonists are also pretty bad.
