My sense of smell was gone for three months post-COVID. When it finally came back, some things started smelling horrendous. Most noticeably: ME. I asked other people (first my parents, then friends) if I smelled bad and they always told me no. But I was smelling straight up sewage coming out of my body. My farts were horrendous (again, only to me) and I felt like I was in a gas chamber whenever I was taking a shit. On top of that, I was getting random stomach aches and cramps.

And then one day I ate less than normal and the next day I had none of that going on. So I tried it again, and it worked. Eating too much was making me smell and feel like shit. Whenever I eat too much, I almost immediately start feeling like shit and my next BM is like mustard gas. So I just try not to eat too much.

But even though I feel full for the most part, I'm only getting about 1000 - 1200 calories a day which I know can't be good. But I don't want to feel or smell like absolute hell.
