Topic	Thinking about going back to college. Thoughts?

In my career I jumped every 15 months on average for 9 years (not counting 3 years of contracting which was a new job every 6ish months). I did a shit ton in that time as a junior in the early jobs, working more hours and taking on more than I should've, and bosses love juniors for that. 1 year is a very good tenure for a dev nowadays.
