It protects bullies and punishes victims who have had enough and decide to stand up for themselves. I grew up when you could kick a bullys ass and the teacher would basically give you a thumbs up. Then, one year, it randomly changed to where you basically go to juvenile hall for punching someone who is attempting to murder you. Zero tolerance must go. --- So long, Thanks for all the fish! ...
