Working a full time job at $16/hr, and can barely afford rent or stay above water. Then, the top comment on the thread posts about how she should make an Amazon wishlist so redditors can help her out. It becomes the top comment, and then 37 people post that theyd also help contribute to OPs wishlist. Shit like this makes me tear up so hard.
