Day on end in decades old clothes, no chance to wash, lots of physical activity, walking and running a lot.

Same for Aloy, who might smell worse due to her being tribal. Yeah, the tribes of Horizon probably wash in lakes if they wash at all, plus Aloy probably doesnt have any modern notions of cleanliness. She must absolutely reek after a few hours trekking.
