My tooth has gotten to the point where I can eat stuff again. I made a chicken salad sandwich using toasted Boudin sourdough bread and a mixture of canned chicken, mayo and muffaletta olive salad (which is made with green and Kalamata olives, red peppers, cauliflower, carrots, celery, pepperoncini, garlic, capers, and herbs) . It tastes a lot better than the typical chicken salad made with onions and celery.

They sell this olive salad at Costco. Try it, it's good on everything: sandwiches, pizza, pasta, couscous, salads, crackers with goat cheese, anything that tastes good with olives.
