Topic	Racist neighbor confronted; he brings out a gun and accidentally discharges it.

My moms house had like 5 or 6 back when she use to ride. Kids take them all the time and run around with them. Which is really dangerous if youre at a riding stable. Anyway... the optics of showing up with a whip to a black persons house is pretty bad. But the kid may not have had a racist intent. The kid is 9. I doubt he understood the implications of showing up with a whip. Or maybe he did. Theres not a lot of information to go along with that video.
