I believe it's technically possible to savescum it via backing up your save file to the cloud but I never tried that myself. Rex is not great. I didn't hate him but I'm glad Sakurai skipped over him and put a different Xenoblade 2 character in SSBU instead. --- My bracket looked like random picks compared to his.
