The american cheese will never go bad, and the patties are frozen. The hamburger rolls are a bit of a concern, that's about it. It won't cost you much, but you'll have 16 solid sandwiches, hell you can even double up a couple if you don't want single patty "mcchickens." It's damn cheap, easy, and maybe? slightly healthier for you.
