I think it's funny that people think 25 is functionally that different from 21 or even 17.

It's all about who's playing and who gets killed early. I've personally experienced 17 player games on this board be significantly more active than 23 player games before. Like I clearly remember a 23 player game here (don't remember the theme because the game was boring) where we as scum kinda just afked and won because the game was so dead.

I honestly think its way more than you would assume, because you figure every 2 people or so is an extra 72 hours to the game
