Some of these I actually like... but this one I agree with:

A delayed documentary is eventually good, but a bad documentary is bad forever

I absolutely loathe narration and annoying loud music in my nature documentaries. It's missing the whole point, I want to actually see and hear nature: the gazelle running on dried leaves of grass, the cheetah silently stalking, the buzz of crickets, the babbling brook, the splash of a penguin diving for fish and coming back out. I tried watching one doc on netflix and the loud as fuck music was the by far the most obnoxious noise I'd ever heard in my life, it was like a cacophony made to torture my eardrums.

I assume it's done to make the doc more "exciting" but if I wanted "excitement" I'd watch bang boom pointy-and-shooty movies.

I agree.
I also passionately dislike "documentaries" that are attempting to disprove or prove certain claims and they're all sensationalized with suggestive music and sound effects.
I feel like its an insult to my intelligence that instead of having sufficient factual information, the editor decides to try and play on the emotions of the viewer.
