| RyoCaliente 05/12/22 4:01:26 AM #35: | I would agree with the assessment of Sarah Jane. I don't think she's lame, and I enjoy her, but beyond her longevity I don't really understand the hype. I guess she did kinda set the example of being a bit more take-charge, where previous Companions were more passive and hid behind the Doctor more. I love Love & Monsters though, it's the exact kind of story DW exists for. It has some dumb aspects, but as a whole I really enjoy it. Also they didn't turn the Cybermen into complete chumps; aside from The Tenth Planet, the Cybermen have always been complete chumps. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! ...
