it's interesting, because exporting data to Excel is not hard and can easily be done a few different ways, without needing direct help from Microsoft. I'm not sure what JavaScript has to do with Excel either. it almost sounded like you would be able to pull data straight into Excel via a plugin or something, but that still doesn't seem right since why would that use JavaScript and why would you need Microsoft's help (you can already write plugins, and those plugins should be able to talk to EVE's servers if you wanted them to).
