The Ganon fall was me just not paying attention. After I killed him the first time, I pulled up the race room to get ready to mark myself as done and just mindlessly help up on the controller while I did it. First time I've ever done that! Luckily my Ganon fights were pretty clean, so I didn't lose THAT much time.

And yeah, given how little was left to do at the point I was in Mire, I decided it wasn't worth it to hunt for the other other. I knew Vitreous had an item so I was willing to take the 50/50 that boots were there.
