Fetal development really isn't that noticeable early on unless you usually have a VERY regular menstrual cycle and you notice right away that your cycle is late. (In my case it would not. I live in Sweden so our laws are a bit different. Here you can have a legal abortion as late as 18 weeks and only later than that if you have a certain condition and permission from the government.
