Of course, I consider the show to be my all time favorite anime, so that's not even resembling a putdown. The movie is out of canon with Zero, which is the actual followup to S;G. The order you watch those two in is irrelevant. Also, please take note that the OVA is not on any streaming platforms as far as I am aware.
