You can discuss total human happiness using Western philosophical models or Eastern ones or really, any philosophical models you like. But it may be difficult to discuss anything on Twitter very well given the character limit.

Nonetheless, when people make statements that leave room for ambiguity, I feel that it is incumbent on the reader to interpret them in the light most favorable to the writer. Statements should be read so that, to the extent possible, they are internally consistent, lack surplusage, have depth and nuance, and have explanatory power.
