Yeah but 28 Days Later are fast zombies. UK falling to runners in a few weeks I can buy. But slow walkers, in a universe with no zombie lore, I could see 2 months being a pretty reasonable time. Bigger thing to me, is that Rick had to have been unattended for at least a month probably closer to 3 months. First 60 days there were probably people at the hospital.
