The easy Weapon fights (basically everything except the last Diamond fight), you could just hit them a bit and get the timer to 2 minutes, then use the RW, put speed to 5 and wait until the cannon was ready. It absolutely didn't take a ridiculous amount of time like Spiraling Depths. My Hellhouse party will be Mog, Aerith, Zack, Cloud and either Sephiroth or Tifa.
