indica 04/08/22 3:42:40 AM #46: | There is more time separating Stegosaurus and Tyrannosaurus Rex than Tyrannosaurus Rex and us: Contrary to what some cartoons, movies, and books would have us believe, not all dinosaurs lived together. In fact, they were vastly separated by time and geography. The "age of dinosaurs," or Mesozoic Era, had three distinct time periods (the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous Periods). The Jurassic-period dinosaur Stegosaurus already had been extinct for approximately 80-90 million years before the appearance of the Cretaceous dinosaur Tyrannosaurus, making the Tyrannosaurus much closer in time to us (we're separated by about 65.5 million years). And by "us" that doesn't mean the human race, but you, reading this article right now at your computer. Dinosaurs were around for a long time. --- There is no good. There is no evil.
