I've grown to despise this job, and the only reason I've stuck around this long is because I didn't want to put too much on my coworkers, but I see how much they care about what I have to deal with. Last summer they put me through the ringer, having me run both hotels by myself. They owe me at least 2 raises that I never got. Management doesn't fix problems they just hide them from corporate to look better. I just don't think I can do this any more. I get cussed out constantly. One guest filed a totally fabricated complaint to try and get a free room. The other shifts keep putting their extra work off on me then messing things up so I have more of a mess to fix when I get here.
