They wait until the last 3 seconds of an auction and outbid you by 50 cents to win an item. They should allow a 5 minute window for the previous higher bidder to put in a counter bid to prevent that shit. Um, if the auction is at 3 bucks and you bid 10, your bid will actually be 3.50.
