I don't even see the point of social media honestly. Just to post filtered stuff from your life to gain validation from strangers you honestly don't care about? >_> Do I not get it cuz I'm old?

Social media is so destructive. People end up caring so much about what some random person (who may be just trying to get a rise out of you) thinks.

And we are ending up with a bunch of kids who are going to be pretty messed up. My daughter was telling me that a girl in her class( who is freaking 12) was all up in arms and complaining to a teacher about how someone in the UK responded to a post she made. That is just not something kids should be concerning themselves with.
