A few things...

Eleanor: Again, I really like how they developed a character who is the typical "good girl" type and had her working for some very horrible people, do something terrible, realize that she was a hypocrite, and atone for the sin. She realized she wasn't really who she thought she was.

The Abbey: I enjoyed them as villains for a while because they were presenting themselves as doing something for a greater good, and the populace sided with them. That last part is critical. What they were doing was necessary, at least until they turned everyone into zombies. That was when it became apparent that they were, like the Red Army and bedbugs, among the purest of evils. And then they just became a typical "take over the world" megalomaniac type of antagonist.

The writing really dropped off with the Aifread thing (still makes no sense why the party let Melchior walk yet didn't go non-lethal with the Captain). The scene where Melchior got its comeuppance was awesome, though. Great climax. Everything since... meh. I wish I had been able to get it over with.

I just wanted you guys to know that I haven't forgotten even though I won't be able to play for two more weeks.
