Yeah I used to work for Medicare/Medical insurance here in California and on my first day my co-worker asked me why I was processing the files so fast. He gave me the hint that if I have no "work" they would be forced to send me home so I had to go at a certain "pace" of acceptability and still having work. It was also the first time I can be an "asshole" on the phone telling people "no we don't cover that" without having to worry about their feelings. Totally different then when I had to work customer service at Farmers Insurance Group.
