At best what she said is maybe ever so slightly misguided because it could be parsed as bemoaning the merging as a result of nonbinary people. But it's not even close to being transphobic unless there's a lot more to what she said and a quick Google check says that's not the case.

Like. If she'd said "for the record I'm a woman and proud of that" and then said how she is happy that she beat out all the competition between all the genders, then nobody could possibly construe this as offensive.

Fwiw I wouldn't even bat an eyelid at her saying this. She's not got a history of saying anything else problematic so it was probably just a wording thing on her part.
