Topic	Got randomly depressed out of nowhere

I was just sitting in bed and it felt like a literal wave of depression swept over me, out of nowhere. How is that fair A lot of us wake up feeling like that several to every day of the week. Being trapped in my house for long periods in winter gets me there pretty quick. Then an apathetic day. Then going to sleep and doing it a over again. If it's a rare occasion, Id count myself lucky. Especially in these times.
