One is the words not matching the mouth most of the time. Which makes sense considering they are speaking in another language. The next is the voice not almost matching the characters. Which makes sense, as well, seeing as its not their voice (though some can match close enough).

When it comes to animation, the mouth thing is less of an issue. However, I'll mention that some peoples' *natural* voices don't match their appearance. For example, guys like Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley where they look badass, but sound eh.

It depends on the show, and the original might not have emotion but you're less likely to notice it because you aren't familiar enough with the language.
