| red sox 777 01/26/22 10:34:00 PM #184: | I propose this for a talking filibuster. Any senator may speak for as long as they like, but at any point, 60% of senators on the floor can end debate. A majority of senators on the floor can vote to shut the doors, meaning that any senators off the floor won't be allowed in until the end of the debate and vote.
