And they book you in at 3 on a Tuesday so you leave class to go get your perm and they're like "this is a dentist's office. We don't do that." And you're like "but I booked the appointment. Here. For a perm. Here's the confirmation number." And they just say "yes we booked it but also we don't do that so...
