So they didn't warn about an allergy, so instead of using a separate machine they keep away from peanut butter they used regular equipment on a smoothie that normally has peanut butter in it. So this extremely wealthy man goes to a place where people who don't have mommy and daddy paying everything for them work and decides to assault them because he sees them as less than human.

A guy in this position knows this is a job for a lawyer, going down and chucking drinks at kids loses him any sympathy he might have gotten.

I certainly don't think he should have his life ruined over what was, effectively, defending his son.
