He was arrested on charges of intimidation based on bias, breach of peace and criminal trespass when his fit of rage at a Robeks in Connecticut was caught on video when he hurled racist and f-bombs at the teen female employees He threw the drink at 18 y/o Gianna Miranda who works there part time. He has been working at Merril Lynch since 1995 and was most recently VP at wealth management who has since been terminated He lives in a swanky 2.64 million 5 bath colonial style mansion who said he went to the shop at 1pm to pick up a smooth without incident and less than an hour later came back in fury when he was on the call with 911 for his 17 y/o son suffering from a life threatening anaphylactic shock after drinking the smoothie. He said the stress of that medical emergency tipped him over the edge Robeks haven't said the prepped drink had a nut product but he remains adamant that it triggered it. He tells Dailymail that he made regrettable comments because his son was taken to hospital after collapsing at his home and told the girls not to put peanuts in them. He said "My son lost the capacity to breathe properly, his lips and face swelled up, and he required an EpiPen shot but it did not offer him relief. I called 911. My son then went ot the bathroom, threw up and fell unconscious to the floor. He threw up again. My wife gave him another EpiPen while i called 911 again. Thank god he is donig okay" He demanded to know who made the dirnk but the girls didn't know since it happened an hour ago as his tirade was all caught on camera. He said he lost his mind when he went there and wish he had not done so but also wished the girls were more careful preparing the dirnk and extend his apologies He has now hired a lawyer although has yet to say if he'll sue over the peanut incident but conceded his behaviour went too far as he deeply regrets his actions and do not reflects his character or values and feels terrible. The girls however said he asked for no peanut butter in the smoothie but never mentioned an allergy In 2021, Iannazo was ranked the 24th best wealth advisor in Connecticut making him one of the richest in the state.
