This is the only one that's close for me.

I loathe being single. My utter inability to find someone, despite the length to time I've been looking, is the largest and most powerful source of my self-loathing and confidence issues. Even when considering everything else I've fucked up in the past and currently is fucked up with my situation, this is the thing that makes me see myself as an abject failure.

That being said, I've largely given up looking. I just can't deal with putting out effort and having nothing to show for it anymore. Nowadays I still maintain a profile on every major dating site, but beyond the occasional sent message, I've really stopped trying, for the most part.
