Float On is very different from most of their usual stuff. They're basically The Saddest Band, despite not being emo. That being said, the rest of the album still ties in with it, and is rock solid. If it's too "Out there" at first, you can try Gravity Rides Everything, which is somehow just poppy enough that it got into a car commercial once, when they really needed the cash, before getting real big. It's absurd, remembering that commercial long before I discovered the band.
