Topic	How do you feel about people who waited a long time for their first kiss?

I've been in that situation too and lost a potential relationship out of it. It was awkward. Especially with covid and wearing masks. You just have to go for it, if you know they like you back. Otherwise they will lose interest (might even think you are friend zoning them). Could be first date or second date. Hug them and step back and lean for a kiss. If you never try and make excuses out of it, you'll never move forward into a serious relationship, unless you get into an arranged marriage.. --- Less is more.
