The overall health of America would increase greatly if McDonald's and Coca Cola was not currently consumed in the daily massive quantities but nobody is suggesting they stop being produced. Any time any "Libs" or Progressives suggest a sugar tax, Conservatives shit themselves. Health is talked about. You can't magically cure everyone's eating habits in even 1 year. You can vaccinate far more people far more quickly and effectively. Both should be encouraged.
