I was worried about the bar-ice on this one since Rinoa is my double BDL character here, but the extra 20% imperil from Kiross AA was enough to keep him weak to ice. I also decided to grab Fujins HA and take her with one BDL instead of Seifer with two; she was consistently capping and her AA2 gives row QC so it worked out quite well.
