Topic	I hate calling the Super Nintendo the "Snezz".

So I have no idea when people started using it. Might be a regional thing, but I feel like it's something much newer spawned on the internet. It definitely is. Same situation as you. Mid-30s, never heard anyone verbally refer to them as "ness" or "sness" until the past decade or so.
