He was funny as hell and watching him start to change after his son gets hurt is interesting. They're all a bunch of despicable criminals anyway.

Yeah by the time you get near the end of season 6, the sins have piled up so high that you just want it to end already. The cold weather in the last couple episodes also looks depressing as s*** (ie. when Tony is meeting Agent Harris in the car). But hot damn the show aged really good.

It's cool contrasting it to the bright, almost cheery looking first season.

Richie had those Manson eyes so it's hard to like him. Ralphie at least can blend in.

"Don't give me your Manson lamps" is a super great line.

Comparing Richie and Ralph, it's just two different versions of being a psycho. Ralphie can be charming while Richie can be intimidating. Sometimes I think with Richie that while he's an inexcusable psycho, that Tony helped make things worse between the two of them. There are parts where Richie almost seems likeable and charming. Almost.
