If anything, teenagers that age will take either take pride in finding such content, or take to shameful secrecy like they're doing something utterly taboo. There's no real in-between; just some poor, awkward souls trying to figure themselves out. While I can see some modern teens screeching about such content 'oppressing' women or 'normalizing the sexualization of women' or whatever... Yea. The simple fact is that the vast majority of teens would be buying M games specifically BECAUSE they're M-rated and, thusly, 'forbidden'.
