It's a quote from the CDC director when she was on with CNN's Wolf Blitzer discussing what the vaccine can (limit the severity of symptoms) and can't do (prevent transmission). I know what you said isn't from the CDC. I said what I found from the CDC online was different. Which I believe... Especially over one guy saying something different.
